Passmores College is celebrating by showcasing a student success story for each day of this exciting week.

Student Success Story – Emma White

Emma attended Passmores College in 2012, studying Business Management, Real Estate and Legal Studies and is now an Accountant at PKF Newcastle.

What is your current role?
Currently I am an Accountant working with the Business Advisory Services team at PKF Newcastle. The role involves meeting with clients, providing assistance with annual compliance, tax planning, business growth support and a range of advisory services. I work with clients on thinking about what they really want to achieve in life and their personal goals, not just presenting the client with tax returns and set of financials.

What do you love http://artsandhealth.ie/accutane/ most about your job?
What I love most about my job is going out and visiting clients at their businesses, it allows you to understand what they do and why. They are passionate about what they do and I like to share that passion but providing them with direct support and assistance.

How did Passmores help you prepare for your role?
Although what I studied was not Accounting it has assisted me to understand the value of being professional at all times. Providing clients and employers with quality work and to never look at a task that it is to hard more a fact it is an opportunity to development not only myself but help someone else.

We are very proud of Emma and the success she has experienced.
